If you want to be a more credible website... you need to get you facts straight.

A 2003 6.0L turbodiesel excursion gets about 21 mpg. This is not the answer to our problems but... the Dodge Durango gets much worse mileage about 13 (city) to 18 (highway)...

So your picture comparing the Volvo to the Excursion is inaccurate because the epa website lists the Volvo at 20 (city) and 30 (highway)

By the way a VW Jetta Wagon TDI gets 50 mpg!

Now that is a good comparison.

thanks for the info. credibility is in the eye of the beholder. my argument is an easy one to tear down. also, if i were after accuracy in the details, what would i ever get done?? valid point though. i wouldn't recommend the UN coming here to research anything.

i'll have to look that one up... one sec... ah, the one parked in front of a barn. i shot that photo in upstate maine - i guess the caption might read that whoever owns it manages to get by where the air gets cold and the snow gets deep - without a 4x4 guzzler. thanks for the feedback! want a sticker for your car??
