Dunno if you've gotten any Gas Pigs from Australia yet, so I thought I'd drop you'se a line.
I've included a piccie of my truck, which isnt technically a Gas Pig as it's a diesel, but seeing as how it's being replaced by a V8 (308 ci) version of the same thing later this year, I thought it qualifies.
I reckon a sticker on each door would look alright, so if you're feelin' generous send me a couple of stickers about 600mm (2' approx) long and I'll send you some photos of the end result.

DEAR GASPIG: Hello,

I have two cars, One gets ~50mpg and runs on home grown fuel and the other gets
~16mpg. If the latter didn't run well (at 170,000 mi.) I'd get rid of it. The
fact is there is alot of energy inputs locked up in the manufacturing process
that have to be realized B4 it makes sense to trash it. I do, however, realize
and want others to know that I know -- it is a gas pig!

Send me a white sticker and I'll put it on the '90 Toyota 4X4.

You may want to add a forum page to your website --it will drive alot of trafic
back to the site.

You have an interesting website, I like the cheeky thing. If you could get some

How much fuel does it take to get you average SUV to 3,000 feet?

cool project! a c-123 gets pretty horrible mileage - but we're hitching rides on flights already slated for drop tests. still, the added weight of an suv chows gas, how much exactly, i don't know. thanks for the feedback about the site - can you explain the meat verses whipped topping part?

DEAR GASPIG:

I live acros the street from an elementary school. In front of my house there are "No Parking School Zone" signs every ten or fifteen feet. However, every single morning some Excursion-driving teacher feels a need to park his/her beast butted right up to the edge of my driveway. Any other car may fit into this spot with some grace ... nope - daily annoyance.

Oh - perhaps you could answer a question? I listen to "Prairie Home Companion" on NPR, and they've been on an SUV tirade for weeks now. Is there honestly going to be a tax break given to people when they purchase SUVs, or it that just the fabrication of the month?

worthy as can be! stickers coming your way. any size you'd like? as a reference (see the pathfinder on gaspig.com), the rear and front window stickers are large, the side door stickers are X-large, and i also make smaller stickers... thanks for offering to put them up! i really appreciate it.

Good work on your gaspig project. It's interesting to see that the NHTSA, following a counter attack by GM, reiterated its belief that Suv's are unsafe.
I would be glad to reimburse you for any expenses involved.
