I saw one of your SUV's with the name of gaspig.com.
Checked out your website. I know you're for
a safe environment, but your website is unclear on HOW you're
proposing to achieve that.... or whatever you're trying to
achieve.
How many people work there????

sorry for the delay getting back to you. day job :-( one of these
days someone's gonna pay me to do this gaspig stuff full time and
i'll be in hog heaven :-) - the environment is part of the issue,
pollution is a bummer and so is global warming. then there's oil
dependence - the US dealing with dictatorships on a most favored
nation status. no free press, religious police (give me a break),
women forced to cover entirely in black, even on hot days....
most favored nation status, hmmmm. gaspig is an evolving process.
who knows, maybe it makes people mad and they just buy bigger
suvs, but far as i can tell, it's raised quite a few eyebrows in
the south bay = awareness. raising awareness is cool. i've also
had lots of lively discussions with people and i know of at least
a few dozen cases where the light went on in people's heads, like
"whoa, what was i thinking? all that money, all that
pollution, and i hadn't realized. ultimately gaspig is about
getting people to think twice at the dealership about what they
need in a vehicle. if you really think about it, suvs are a
pretty silly option for most folks.

Why is gaspig driving such a big SUV? If in fact this is all
about the environment and our dependance on gas? Is there more
than one person working on this gaspig?
Are you the same as carpig.com? I've seen one of those around
too.

good questions...
haven't seen carpig.com but now i'm curious. actually the gaspig
mobile is dwarfed by todays suvs. just the same, i retired the
gaspig as a mode of transportation last year. i thought about
selling it but the idea of a rolling billboard just seemed fun. i
work as a cameraman during the day. some of my friends are
helping me out with the gaspig project and giving out stickers
and so on. the project's still a hobby though.
